Early Head Start program moves to new location

The Health Federation of Philadelphia Early Head Start program is excited to announce we are moving to a new facility on June 2, 2014. We are joining the new Oxford Mills Center for Educational Excellence, a combination residential and commercial development designed to create a community of like-minded people and organizations committed to education in Philadelphia.

Early Head Start is a child development, school readiness and family support program for pregnant women and families with children ages birth to 3.
