HFP's Creating Collaborative Communities Program Launches

In late June, HFP's Creating Collaborative Communities program (C3) launched with support from the William Penn Foundation.  The program will aim to strengthen the community of home visiting staff in the region with a theme of "Building Connections." At the launch, program leadership shared the impetus behind the project, unveiled the 2019 Training Menu, shared their stories as community advocates and began to build a healthy and vital community.
